Children are a wonderful part of life but sometimes us parents need to make time for ourselves. At weddings and other social events there are times when children are expected to be still and quiet and that is not easy for them at such an exciting time.
and that's where we come in...
Whether it's an indoor or an outdoor affair, we can cater to your needs. We can set up an indoor play den in a room at your wedding or event or an outdoor kids camp including our very own Bell Tent that can be decorated to match your theme. We aim to offer a bespoke service so please do get in touch to discuss your ideas.

Age appropriate books, toys, games, dressing up and crafts are all included which means your little guests will be busy having fun so you can too!

You can also choose to hire our fantastic childcare professionals for the day and really relax in the knowledge that they are taken care of. We can keep the little ones entertained during the ceremony and speeches, we can supervise mealtimes, and we can even stay until the early hours while you and your guests dance the night away. The movie night package is perfect to help children settle after a busy day.

the team
All of our childcare professionals have experience working with young children either as Nannies, Teachers or Nursery Workers. Some have childcare qualifications and we aim to have at least one paediatric first aid holder on site at large events. Everyone goes through a vetting process before becoming part of Bell of the Ball Team which includes checking for a current DBS certificate and reference checks.
We work to OFSTED childcare ratio guidelines which are:
0 - 2 years - 1 adult to 3 children
2 - 3 years - 1 adult to 4 children
4 + years - 1 adult to 6 children

If you have any children with special needs or lots of very young children then we will make sure we provide the right team with the right experience to look after your children.

If you have any parents/children who would like to meet us before the event then we can try to accommodate this if you let us know in advance.
We have full public liability insurance through a leading childcare insurance company and we'd be more than happy to talk to you or your chosen venue about any queries you may have.
